Trained and Favored (Proverbs 22:6; 18:22)
Timothy Hamner, Sr., the fifth of ten children, was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Deacon Dr. John and Lady Mae Hamner. He faithfully served at the House of God under the late Dr. F. C. Scott before relocating to Oakland in 1989 to join Yahweh's House of God. Married to Angelique Nobles for nearly 30 years, he is a proud husband and father to three children—Timothy Jr., Ariane, and Tyler. Known for his effervescent personality and “can-do” spirit, Pastor Tim inspires others to discover and develop their gifts, often equipping leaders to become trainers themselves.
An Inevitable Call to Ministry
Although he moved to the Bay Area without plans to pastor, Pastor Tim accepted his call to ministry and was ordained a deacon under his uncle, Apostle Larry C. Hamner. Over the years he faithfully served as Deacon, Minister, Elder, and Vicar, before being appointed Assistant Pastor in 2012. In 2019, he was ordained Bishop during the church's centennial convocation.
Training
We are often asked how to do things on the computer, design, finance, and a host of other things that involves professional trades. This section of the site will provide video training from our seminars or in studio sessions that we have done. Each section will have a list of reference sites, downloads, or freebie software for general use. I hope that something on this site will help you with your personal endeavors.
